‍All participants must have a valid USGA GHIN to compete.

‍Weather
‍The tournament will be played rain or shine. Unless the course is officially closed, play will continue as scheduled.If the course closes, an alternate date will be scheduled. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, a partial refund will be issued (registration fee minus processing/admin fees).

‍Rules & PoliciesOn the Course
‍No walking allowed, all players must use golf carts.Dress code is strictly enforced:Collared shirts required.No jeans, cut-offs, T-shirts, or sweatpants.

‍Alcohol & Behavior
‍No outside alcohol or coolers, they will be confiscated.All alcohol must be purchased through the clubhouse.Intoxicated or disruptive players may be removed from the course.Any damage to the course or carts caused by you, is your responsibility, you will be billed for parts, labor, or replacement as needed.

Violation Policy
Any participant who breaks these rules is subject to immediate disqualification, permanent ban from future events, and will forfeit all registration fees. No refunds will be issued.These rules are in place to ensure a fair, respectful, and safe experience for all golfers and the golf course staff.
